Vehicle partners
Put your vehicle to work with CapeX.
We're adding multi-use vehicles to the CapeX fleet: cars and vans that run corporate staff transport, events, airport transfers and tours, not just e-hailing. If your vehicle fits, it earns across all of it.
Intake right now
Updated by our ops team as demand changes.
What we're adding to the fleet
Three vehicle types. Each with a job.
4 seats
Intake openComfort sedans
Corporate travel, airport transfers, executive and tourist rides. Uber Comfort as filler.
Think: mid-size sedans with a proper boot
6–7 seats
Intake openXL 6–7 seaters
Staff transport routes, families and small groups, airport runs with luggage.
Think: Toyota Rumion, Suzuki Ertiga class
8–14 seats
Intake openVans & minibuses
Events, group bookings, tours and larger staff routes.
Think: Toyota Quantum, Hyundai Staria, Mercedes-Benz Vito class
- What we're not adding: small hatchbacks and entry-level cars that can only work on Uber or Bolt. They're good e-hailing cars, but they can't do the corporate, group and tourism work our partners earn from.
Two ways to partner
You drive it, or we place a driver.
Operator
You drive, or supply your own driver
- Your own operator portal: see available trips, accept them, assign your drivers
- Paid per trip, with statements in the portal
- Your drivers are vetted and approved by CapeX before their first trip
- Bring your own clients through your referral link
Managed
CapeX places and manages a driver
- We match a vetted CapeX driver to your vehicle
- Weekly rental, GPS tracking and trip records
- Owner portal: payouts, statements, documents and notices
- Services, licence and fines handled transparently, every cost shown
Requirements
Every vehicle.
- 2020 model or newer, clean and well kept
- Roadworthy, licence disc current, registered in South Africa
- Comprehensive insurance plus passenger liability covering paid passenger work
- Tracker fitted, or willing to fit one. Every CapeX trip is GPS-tracked
Vans & minibuses also need
For group and corporate work.
- Operating licence / permit for charter and staff transport. Corporate clients ask for it
- Driver with a valid PrDP, yours or ours
- Seatbelts on every seat
