We group the cars
By area (CBD, Northern, Southern, Cape Flats). No one rides alone.
Accept the quote
One fixed total. Pay 50% to confirm.
Codes go out
Everyone gets their driver, car and boarding code.
Getting home
Choose how the night ends.
Back to the office
Everyone returns to one pickup point. Lowest price.
Home drop-offs
Each person dropped at their door, in the nearest order.
One way only
To the venue, and people make their own way back.
How pricing works
One fixed quote for the night.
- Priced per car, on the route your team actually needs
- Back to the office is the lowest-cost way to end the night
- No meters and no surge, whatever time the night ends
- 50% deposit to confirm, balance 3 days before. Approved companies can pay on invoice

How far ahead should we book?
At least 2 days ahead. In November and December, book as early as you can.
What if headcount changes?
You can add, edit or remove people from your coordinator page until the trips are created.
