CapeX Transport

CapeX Transport Group

We move people. Properly.

We're a Cape Town-based transport company. We started out managing e-hailing fleets, and today we get staff to work, teams to their events and visitors around the Cape, on systems we built ourselves.

What we do Our journey

Our journey

Built on experience, by people who work in the industry.

We started out managing e-hailing fleets. Working the industry every day, we saw how badly Cape Town needed a safe, reliable way to move people, and how chaotic the business behind it could be.

So we built our own systems to run a fast-moving industry properly. Every tool we use today came from a real problem on the road, and every service we offer runs on them.

2023
E-hailing fleet management

Where we started: cars, drivers and the day-to-day of a fast-moving industry.

2024
Our first system

Built in Google Sheets. Retro, but it put the whole fleet on one page.

2024
Corporate transport

Our second vertical: shift transport for Cape Town businesses.

2026
Our own apps, more ways to move, and Convoi OS

Rider, driver and live ops apps. Events, private rides, tours and fleet branding. And the system behind it all, now available to other fleets.

What we stand for

Four things we hold ourselves to, whoever you are.

For the people we drive, the companies we work with, the drivers who work with us and the partners we bring on.

SAFE

Everyone gets home

Vetted drivers, a code checked at every pickup and every trip tracked, for riders, guests and drivers alike.

STRAIGHT

No surprises

Fixed prices before you book, invoices that match what ran, and any extra explained first.

FAIR

Drivers know their numbers

Every driver gets a weekly statement that shows exactly how their pay was worked out.

OURS

We use what we sell

Every tool we offer runs our own fleet first. If it doesn't work for us, we don't sell it.
