The model
Three shifts. Seven days.
You're assigned to shifts based on your availability. Each shift has a drop-off and a return leg. Do both back to back and you earn the coupled bonus.
Morning

As CapeX wins company contracts, the rate goes up for every driver on the team. Your trips, pay and weekly statements live in the CapeX driver app.
What we expect
High standards. No exceptions.
- On time, every time. Riders depend on us to get to work.
- Use the driver app properly. Start and end every trip, enter boarding codes, keep GPS on. It's how you get paid.
- Clean vehicle, professional manner. Always.
- Communicate early. Before the trip, not during it.
- No third parties in the vehicle during staff trips.
- No ad-hoc fuel requests. Fuel is managed as part of the structure.
