How we started

We started running CBD staff transport in 2024. The first schedules lived in a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group. As the routes grew, that stopped working: pickups were missed, invoices didn't match the trips, and nobody could see where a car was.

So we built the platform we needed. Riders book in an app, every pickup is confirmed with a code, every trip is tracked, and the invoice comes from the trips that actually ran.

Decisions made on data

Every pickup time, delay and no-show is recorded. We use it to plan routes and drivers, and we share it with clients every month. When something goes wrong, we can see why.
